Graeme “Gray” Freeman

Graeme “Gray” Freeman is CEO of 123 Home Care, a BayView Capital portfolio company. 123 Home Care is a leading provider of non-medical home care services. Gray is responsible for developing the corporate strategy of 123 Home Care as well as managing operations, sales and marketing for 123 Home Care. He works closely with the 123 Home Care team to ensure operational efficiency, high quality care, unrivaled customer service and the execution of strategic initiatives.

Prior to 123 Home Care, Gray served as a strategic consultant for Intelligent Ecosystems, a green energy company that sells eco-products in the trucking, transportation, mining and construction industries. Gray worked closely with Intelligent Ecosystem’s CEO to implement operational improvements.

Gray previously acted as a civil defense attorney with a prominent Los Angeles based law firm. Gray gained substantial experience representing public and private companies in the areas of business law, construction law, general liability, professional liability and toxic tort. Gray was involved in all aspects of the civil litigation process, including strategic case evaluation, risk transfer analysis, law and motion, negotiations, oral advocacy, trial preparation, and the appellate process.

Gray received his JD from the Martin Luther King School of Law at the University of California, Davis. While at King Hall, Gray served on the Honors Trial Board and was selected to the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary society for the encouragement of oral advocacy. Gray also received a BS in Business Administration magna cum laude with concentrations in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

In his free time, Gray’s interests and activities include: running, playing soccer, skiing, world travel and practicing his Spanish abroad.
